George Nwangwu is a Professor of Law with over 25 years of experience as a lawyer, academic, chartered accountant, financial consultant, and public policy expert. He served as Head of Strategy at the Bureau of Public Enterprises and Special Adviser on infrastructure finance and PPPs.
He is a Professor of law at Nile University and an Extraordinary Professor at Stellenbosch University. He was also appointed a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School and an Honorary Senior Research Associate at UCL.
Nwangwu holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos, an LL.M. from University College London, a Ph.D. from University of Hull, UK and an MBA from University of Oxford, UK.
He has led transaction teams for over 100 privatization/PPP deals worth over USD 20 billion.
