She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ilorin and an M.Sc. in Business Management from the University of Hall, United Kingdom. She also holds professional certifications in Project Management and Retail Banking.

Olushola is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria. She is a certified banker, retail banker, project manager, and sales manager, with key skills in decision-making, sales, negotiation, team leadership, project management, interpersonal relationships, customer relationship management, and corporate communication.
