SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/
CONTENT DEVELOPER

Summary

The main purpose of this role is to create, review and edit content for the Group and business subsidiaries to be published on multiple social media platforms and pages as well as websites where needed. The role involves researching on the key SEO terms and implementing them in the content to gain maximum exposure.

Responsibilities

As Social Media Manager

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain multiple social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video content, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Interact and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and highly professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Implement social media best practices and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Experiment with new tools and technologies to enhance our social media efforts and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

 

As Content Developer

  • Content Creation: Develop original content for digital and print platforms including market insights, investment commentaries, product brochures, whitepapers, pitch decks, website copy, and social media posts.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, product, and investment teams to shape content strategy that supports business goals and enhances client experience.
  • Editing & Quality Control: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, tone, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Campaign Support: Work closely with marketing to develop content for campaigns, events, webinars, and email communications.
  • Digital Content Management: Upload and manage content on the company website and content management systems (CMS), ensuring timely updates and consistency.
  • Compliance Coordination: Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on engagement and feedback.
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing content using design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization is a plus.
